Same Same but different

There was a time when we all believed we were the same. That was strange.
Then, we realized everyone was different—not just different, but unique. Shining in ways no one else could. Yet, we didn’t understand that we couldn’t continue living as before. We couldn’t believe there was enough for everyone. The fear of lack, of missing out, kept us caught in the wheel of time. We lived like we had to win the race, claim the trophy, or someone else would take it from us.
It was only when we realized that not all days are meant for races, not all humans meant to shine in the same ways, that things began to change. But lost in the confusion of finding our own way, we often took someone else’s advice—someone who saw our light, our potential, our gifts. We needed their guidance so badly that we forgot to take care of ourselves. And once again, we lost the identity we had just uncovered.
In time, as we grew tired of constantly seeking mirrors from others to see our beauty, a quiet feeling arose within. It reminded us of what this journey was truly about: finding our own way back to ourselves. At first, yes, with the help of others—but ultimately, and most importantly, by ourselves. The key to your soul’s mission and all your gifts cannot be found outside. It lies within—within your essence, within your heart.
So stop standing in your own way. Open that door. Take a look, with eyes and heart wide open. Be curious, maybe a bit scared, of what you’ll find. Because it’s your uniqueness, your light. It’s the reason you are here.
Welcome home.
