Cancellations must be made in writing by email. The date the cancellation is received determines how cancellation fees are calculated.
Cancellation Periods & Refunds:
Energy Reading:
Free cancellation is possible up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. If cancelled less than 72 hours before the appointment, or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged, as the slot can no longer be rebooked on such short notice.
Human Design Session & Analyses:
Human Design sessions require extensive preparation, including an in-depth analysis of your chart beforehand as well as approximately one hour of preparation time.
Therefore, the following applies:

Free cancellation is possible up to 72 hours before the appointment.

Once preparation has begun (at the latest 72 hours before the appointment), a refund is no longer possible.
Rescheduling:
A one-time rescheduling is possible free of charge up to 72 hours before the appointment, provided a replacement date is arranged within a reasonable timeframe.
Note on Stripe Payments:
For payments made via Stripe, any transaction fees incurred will not be refunded in the event of a refund and will therefore be deducted from the refund amount.
