ABOUT ME
Between doubt, growth, and inner strength
Writing about yourself is always a little strange.
After all, we only ever see ourselves through our own eyes.
I’ll try anyway – and share.
About me. And my story.

A life is not written from achievements, but from the experiences we have – and I’ve certainly had plenty of those.
My name is Stephanie.
And it feels like I’ve already lived many different lives.
Already as a child, I was incredibly sensitive. I noticed things that others often didn’t see, felt moods, silence, and tension – and was often overwhelmed by it. I wanted to understand the world and experience everything. But at some point, I lost faith. When you feel different from most people, you adapt – just to not feel so alone.
So I lived like everyone else – for a long time on the fast lane. I was a management consultant: functioning, capable, successful in the conventional sense. My mind was always faster than my body – until my body eventually hit the brakes. A burnout became a turning point. Not quiet. Certainly not gentle. But honest.
Yoga didn’t come into my life as a trend, but as a necessity. Through my body, I found access to myself again. To feeling. To breathing. To stillness. And in that stillness, I discovered truths I had long ignored. Doubt was part of it. And growth – step by step.
I hold a deep belief that every person is unique – a one-of-a-kind being with their own gifts and talents. Often, we forget who we truly are. But we can remember. We must allow ourselves to be who we are. And that is perhaps the bravest thing we can do in this life.
Today, I am a yoga and meditation teacher, coach, and mother of two wonderful boys. My children are my greatest teachers. They remind me every day to be present, to stay authentic, and that true inner strength comes from connection – not perfection.
In my work, I hold spaces for clarity, depth, and transformation – spaces where people can meet themselves on an honest, authentic level. I work physically, mentally, and energetically, and I convey messages that come not from the mind, but from a deep, soulful place. My goal: to guide people back into their own power.
I don’t believe in “fixing” people.
I believe that everything essential is already there. Sometimes buried. Sometimes forgotten. My role is to hold the space where remembering becomes possible.
Between doubt and growth, inner strength emerges.
And that is exactly where I guide – with clarity, depth, and an open heart.
