In the third Vinyasa Inversion Workshop we’ll focus on essential alignment, strength-building drills, and mindful techniques for entering and exiting inversion postures. You'll learn step-by-step progressions, modifications, and how to incorporate the power of breath and focus to support your journey. Whether you’re new to inversions or looking to refine your skills, there will be options for everyone, as well as time for individual guidance and personal exploration.
